The phone is unlocked and includes physical sim port. The screen and camera lenses are in good condition aside from one scratch on bottom left of screen (in 5th photo). The back of the phone has two cracks on the bottom pictured in 4th and 6th photos. The phone includes a basic unbranded black case without a screen protector. I have not personally tested the battery under normal use, but have not noticed any obvious issues.
